Frontier Passages is a sailing adventure company that provides offshore sailing passages for people wanting adventure, challenge, and an escape from the monotony of modern-day life.
We offer offshore sailing passages, typically a week long, aboard the Hylas 54 Seraph, along with carefully curated retreat curricula to complement the offshore adventure.
Our packages typically include a significant sailing passage (generally around 500 nautical miles or more) consisting of constant sailing during which all crew are involved in the operation of the sailboat, standing watch (day and night), meal preparation, and other related responsibilities.
The Seraph
The vessel at the heart of the experience is the Seraph, a 1999 Hylas 54. Designed by German Frers and built by Queen Long, the Hylas is highly regarded as a blue-water cruising vessel.
She is based in Charleston, South Carolina, bringing exciting adventure and offshore sailing to the intrepid and curious.
How does Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, or the Bahamas sound?
